What are the pigment requirements for plastic masterbatch?

Judging from the current development situation, how does the emergence of machinery and equipment help our industry develop, especially some processing manufacturers, such as packaging manufacturers, or packaging manufacturers, or metal parts processing manufacturers, or plastic masterbatch manufacturers, in In terms of production, machinery and equipment are used, with high processing efficiency and fast speed, which can also meet the requirements of most industries!

What are the requirements for color masterbatch?

(1) Pigments cannot be fed back with resins and various additives, and have the characteristics of strong solvent resistance, small migration, and good heat resistance. That is to say, the masterbatch cannot participate in various chemical feedbacks. For example, carbon black can grasp the curing feedback of polyester plastics, so carbon black materials cannot be added to polyester. Due to the high processing temperature of plastic products, the pigment should not decompose and change color under heating temperature. The heat resistance of ordinary inorganic pigments is better than that of organic pigments and dyes, and attention should be paid to the selection of pigment types.

(2) The dispersibility and tinting strength of the pigment should be good. The uneven dispersion of the pigment will affect the surface properties of the finished product. When the tinting strength is poor, it will increase the amount of pigment and improve the quality of the product. The dispersibility and tinting power of a homogeneous pigment in different resins are not similar. Therefore, pay attention to this when choosing pigments. The particle size of the pigment is also related to the dispersibility. The smaller the pigment particle size, the better the extraction effect and the stronger the coloring power.
