1. Masterbatch mixing suggestions:

1. Please store the new tank masterbatch upside down to avoid pigment precipitation;

2. Try to mix colors with the masterbatch on the shelf. The oily masterbatch on the shelf should be mixed with a paint mixer for at least 15 minutes every morning and evening;

3. If the masterbatch is not placed on the shelf or on the entire tank of oily masterbatch, please shake it with a vibrator for 20 minutes before mixing;

4. Please do not use masterbatch with damaged packaging;

5. After each use, clean the mixing cover and the opening to maintain a good sealing performance.

Color matching suggestions:

1. Before mixing the color masterbatch, ensure that the interface between the color mixing cover and the color masterbatch tank is tight;

2. Please do not pour the masterbatch along the wall of the cup, otherwise the color will be inaccurate;

3. When you leave temporarily, please be sure to cover the container you prepared;

4. If the same container is reused, please clean the impurities in the container, otherwise the color may be inaccurate;

5. When using a non-cylindrical container, please do not use the paint ruler to adjust the paint;

6. When mixing paint, do not estimate the mixing amount out of thin air. Please measure the standard formula quantity with a measuring cup, paint ruler, and electronic scale;

7. Please use the masterbatch in the formula when toning, remember not to change it randomly;

8. Before applying paint with good color, a paper funnel with a suitable grid or similar filtering device must be used for filtering.
